Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in paid search marketing (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, etc.)
  • Strong analytics, problem solving, and systems analysis skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with MS Excel – comfortable working with large spreadsheets, pivot tables, formulas
  • Statistical reasoning
  • Experience in statistics or game theory
  • Knowledge of machine learning and automation
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio, and Google Analytics

Responsibilities

  • Creating, monitoring, and reporting on advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook and more
  • Monitoring and managing advertising accounts: Regularly optimizing campaigns using both growth and efficiency industry best practices
  • Creating and testing unique ideas to improve overall quality and success of campaigns
  • Using data to determine when to pivot account strategic decisions and deliver actionable insights
  • Staying on top of industry trends and adapting to new best practices
  • Reporting on project performance and how it relates to our greater strategy (using Excel, Looker Studio, and Google Analytics)
