Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in paid search marketing (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, etc.)
- Strong analytics, problem solving, and systems analysis skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with MS Excel – comfortable working with large spreadsheets, pivot tables, formulas
- Statistical reasoning
- Experience in statistics or game theory
- Knowledge of machine learning and automation
- Familiarity with Looker Studio, and Google Analytics
Responsibilities
- Creating, monitoring, and reporting on advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook and more
- Monitoring and managing advertising accounts: Regularly optimizing campaigns using both growth and efficiency industry best practices
- Creating and testing unique ideas to improve overall quality and success of campaigns
- Using data to determine when to pivot account strategic decisions and deliver actionable insights
- Staying on top of industry trends and adapting to new best practices
- Reporting on project performance and how it relates to our greater strategy (using Excel, Looker Studio, and Google Analytics)
