Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years in CPG or beauty industry (strong asset)
  • Experience working with Québec retailers (particularly Metro, Jean Coutu, and Brunet - a strong asset)
  • Strong understanding of retail execution and store realities
  • Bilingual (French/English) – required
  • Strong attention to detail with disciplined execution
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Proficient in PowerPoint
  • Tracker-driven mindset

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of all customer-facing submissions via retailer portals
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of all documentation
  • Act as the gatekeeper of executional excellence across all Quebec accounts
  • Manage product lifecycle administration: new items, discontinuations, RA tracking
  • Co-manage the promotional calendar with the CBDM, no charge orders
  • Lead weekly promotional alignment meetings (internal coordination)
  • Execute display listings and ensure alignment with retailer timelines
  • Support sell-in readiness (order forms, sell sheets, product assets, promotion presentation)
  • Prepare and manage planogram resets
  • Track modular execution from planning to in-store implementation
  • Coordinate with merchandising teams and field sales to ensure flawless execution
  • Support reline periods and ensure smooth rollout in stores
  • Own NSO tracker and ensure full visibility on timelines and requirements
  • Coordinate all stakeholders (internal teams, field, retailers) for NSO
  • Ensure on-time and flawless execution of openings, relocations and renovations
  • Act as a key liaison between: Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Field teams
  • Support deduction clearing and administrative follow-ups
  • Manage ad hoc requests with agility and ownership
  • Contribute to monthly field bulletins
  • Support field teams with clear execution guidelines
  • Ensure alignment between head office strategy and in-store reality
