Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years in CPG or beauty industry (strong asset)
- Experience working with Québec retailers (particularly Metro, Jean Coutu, and Brunet - a strong asset)
- Strong understanding of retail execution and store realities
- Bilingual (French/English) – required
- Strong attention to detail with disciplined execution
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Proficient in PowerPoint
- Tracker-driven mindset

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of all customer-facing submissions via retailer portals
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of all documentation
- Act as the gatekeeper of executional excellence across all Quebec accounts
- Manage product lifecycle administration: new items, discontinuations, RA tracking
- Co-manage the promotional calendar with the CBDM, no charge orders
- Lead weekly promotional alignment meetings (internal coordination)
- Execute display listings and ensure alignment with retailer timelines
- Support sell-in readiness (order forms, sell sheets, product assets, promotion presentation)
- Prepare and manage planogram resets
- Track modular execution from planning to in-store implementation
- Coordinate with merchandising teams and field sales to ensure flawless execution
- Support reline periods and ensure smooth rollout in stores
- Own NSO tracker and ensure full visibility on timelines and requirements
- Coordinate all stakeholders (internal teams, field, retailers) for NSO
- Ensure on-time and flawless execution of openings, relocations and renovations
- Act as a key liaison between: Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Field teams
- Support deduction clearing and administrative follow-ups
- Manage ad hoc requests with agility and ownership
- Contribute to monthly field bulletins
- Support field teams with clear execution guidelines
- Ensure alignment between head office strategy and in-store reality
