  • Experience within high growth SaaS is ideal
  • Experience with Enterprise-level change management (major plus)
  • Ability to pivot communication style for executive-level ROI discussions and technical coaching
  • Comfortable using data to tell a story and make decisions
  • Proactive project command and ability to remove roadblocks
  • Excited to travel up to 50% to meet firms onsite

Responsibilities

  • Own the transition from sales to success for customers, focusing on immediate benefit and high impact in the first month.
  • Act as a consultant to law firm leadership, helping them restructure internal operations and workflows to maximize benefits of EvenUp’s AI.
  • Monitor product usage and engagement metrics daily, using insights to identify at-risk users and intervene with outreach, coaching, targeted training, or workflow adjustments.
  • Maintain the high-touch, white-glove experience established during the sales cycle.
  • Identify and empower firm champions, equipping them with best practices and internal "marketing" tools.
  • Act as the voice of the newly activated customer, providing Product and Engineering teams with "boots on the ground" feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Technical Program Managers (TPMs), Account Executives (AEs), Customer Success Managers (CSM), Product, Legal/Medical Operations, and Engineering teams.
  • Support the growth of the activation team by refining playbooks, sharing successful "activation hacks," and mentoring junior team members.
