Responsibilities
- Serve as Seer's People Partner (HRBP) across all business units, acting as a trusted advocate for your stakeholders
- Handle Complex Situations with Judgment and Care: Own sensitive employee relations matters end-to-end
- Lead and Project Manage Org-Wide People Initiatives: Own complex, cross-functional programs from philosophy-setting through execution and communication
- Own Learning & Development and Manager Enablement: Set the philosophy and roadmap for organizational learning
- Lead Bi-Annual Performance Calibrations: Facilitate calibration sessions across business units, coaching leaders on consistency and fairness
- Manage and Develop the People Operations Team: Directly manage the People Operations Senior Associate with coaching, goal-setting, and growth support
- Champion Culture and Engagement: Partner with the VP of People Experience on org-wide people initiatives
- Innovate Through AI and Tooling: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline people workflows through technology
