Responsibilities

  • Serve as Seer's People Partner (HRBP) across all business units, acting as a trusted advocate for your stakeholders.
  • Handle complex employee relations matters end-to-end, including conflict resolution, medical accommodations, leave cases, and legal partnerships.
  • Lead and project manage org-wide people initiatives, advising on compensation strategy, owning role transitions, and maintaining HR policies.
  • Own Learning & Development and Manager Enablement, setting the philosophy and roadmap for organizational learning.
  • Lead Bi-Annual Performance Calibrations, facilitating sessions and coaching leaders on consistency and fairness.
  • Manage and Develop the People Operations Team, including coaching, goal-setting, and growth support for the People Operations Senior Associate.
  • Champion Culture and Engagement, partnering with the VP of People Experience on org-wide people initiatives.
  • Innovate Through AI and Tooling, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline people workflows through technology.
