- Own the public forum and ensure every thread is answered or redirected correctly (docs, support ticket, technical escalation)
- Help users build apps, debug common issues, provide fixes/workarounds, and hop on calls to unblock
- Build systems that make support fast and scalable (macros, templates, AI workflows, routing)
- Develop and run community programs: ambassadors, rewards/recognition, office hours, AMAs, hackathons
- Triage/categorize/summarize themes and feed them into roadmap decisions
- Build lightweight fixes for recurring issues when needed
