  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Ashby)
  • Comfortable working with recruiting analytics: funnel metrics, time-to-hire, pass-through rates
  • Ability to use data to drive decisions and flag risks early
  • Ambitious and relentless
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Energized by building processes from scratch

Responsibilities

  • Run the full recruiting loop — from sourcing to offer
  • Use AI and modern tooling to move fast in hiring
  • Apply sharp judgment where it matters in the hiring process
  • Proactively source candidates using outreach, data, and new technologies
  • Find and engage the strongest candidates before competitors
  • Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs
  • Set expectations with hiring managers
  • Keep pipelines moving
  • Track recruiting analytics
  • Spot risks early using data
  • Use data to forecast hiring timelines and improve decision-making
