Ability to use data to drive decisions and flag risks early

Run the full recruiting loop — from sourcing to offer
Use AI and modern tooling to move fast in hiring
Apply sharp judgment where it matters in the hiring process
Proactively source candidates using outreach, data, and new technologies
Find and engage the strongest candidates before competitors
Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs
Set expectations with hiring managers
