Responsibilities
- Recruit top-tier tech talent
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles (engineering, data, product, infrastructure, etc.)
- Work closely with hiring teams to deeply understand the specific requirements of each position
- Source qualified candidates through various channels
- Conduct interviews and assess both technical and cultural fit
- Improve and structure recruitment processes, tools, and KPIs
- Contribute to the global talent acquisition strategy
