  • Experience in Sales / Sales Development Representative roles or customer-facing roles (Sales, Management consulting, Customer Success) is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with exceptional follow-up skills
  • Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects' problems
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Great attitude and ability to collaborate in a team

Responsibilities

  • Generate meetings with prospects to achieve company objectives
  • Put a strong focus on prioritisation and a high level of outreach personalisation to land weekly targets
  • Develop outbound sales leads and respond to product inquiries
  • Run email campaigns to generate new sales prospects
  • Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in CRM
  • Realise a quick lead qualification before allocating leads to an Account Executive
  • Represent company’s products with a deep and comprehensive understanding
  • Conduct consumer research to identify how solutions meet needs
  • Understand, embrace and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method
  • Increasingly take ownership of engaging with clients and closing deals
