  • 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of owning marketing-sourced pipeline and driving revenue impact in a SaaS environment
  • Experience across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments with varied sales cycles
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing channels including paid media, SEO/AEO, CRO, and lifecycle marketing
  • Deep analytical capability with experience translating data into actionable growth strategies
  • Hands-on experience with marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce, Marketo/Pardot, GA4, and advertising platforms
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, funnel metrics, and performance optimization frameworks
  • Experience managing external agencies and vendors with accountability for results and ROI
  • AI-first mindset with experience leveraging modern tools to improve efficiency and marketing performance
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end growth marketing strategy, ensuring demand generation activities consistently deliver qualified pipeline and support revenue growth across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments
  • Own and scale the full demand generation strategy across the entire buyer journey, from awareness to pipeline creation
  • Take full accountability for marketing-sourced pipeline performance and its contribution to revenue targets
  • Lead multi-channel campaign execution across paid search, paid social, display, email, webinars, and content programs
  • Manage budget allocation, campaign performance, and ROI across channels and segments
  • Oversee SEO, AEO, and CRO strategies to improve visibility, traffic, and conversion rates
  • Design and optimize lead nurture programs to improve funnel progression and re-engagement
  • Build strong alignment with Sales and Marketing Operations to ensure accurate attribution, lead quality, and funnel visibility
  • Partner with external agencies to guide strategy, performance optimization, and execution quality
  • Lead data-driven experimentation to identify bottlenecks and improve conversion across the funnel
  • Provide clear reporting and forecasting on pipeline health, marketing performance, and revenue impact
