Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing and developing marketing team members
  • Proven track record managing multiple external agencies and vendors
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • HubSpot certification strongly preferred
  • 5+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or martech
  • Experience planning and executing industry events, conferences, or webinars with measurable pipeline impact
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience with Webflow (or similar CMS)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools
  • Comfortable using data to measure performance, identify opportunities, and make decisions
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience launching products or features and executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Proven experience developing and executing outbound marketing campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with and mentor a team of 1-2 marketing professionals (SEO and content creation)
  • Own relationships with external marketing agencies, including Webflow development and paid advertising partners
  • Own HubSpot from a marketing perspective, serving as the primary administrator and strategist
  • Research and recommend industry events, conferences, and webinars for Flockler
  • Run the weekly marketing meeting, setting priorities and driving accountability
  • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, feature releases, and campaigns
  • Own the marketing website (Webflow), ensuring content, UX, and messaging are optimized for conversions
  • Build and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, content) to drive MQLs and pipeline
  • Set, monitor, and report on key metrics like MQLs, pipeline contribution, website conversion rates, and campaign ROI
