  • Advanced level of English
  • Advanced level of Mandarin
  • Comfortable with data and tools like CRM systems and dashboards
  • Ability to grasp new information quickly and focus on results
  • Capable of juggling multiple tasks and handling stress with ease
  • Strong sense of empathy
  • Experience in travel, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators (advantage)
  • Experience in account or service management (B2B is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Support key partners and handle escalations
  • Monitor ongoing cases in CRM and intervene when needed
  • Send regular updates to clients and check on their satisfaction
  • Track performance metrics using Tableau and SQL and prepare reports
  • Join client meetings to represent their needs internally
  • Collaborate with operations, support, and tech teams to improve service
