Requirements

  • 10+ years in growth or performance marketing
  • Meaningful time spent in high-AOV, high-consideration B2C categories (luxury, travel, real estate, financial services, or complex lead generation)
  • Managing multi-million-dollar media budgets
  • Hands-on experience with MMM
  • Hands-on experience with incrementality testing
  • Hands-on experience with multi-touch attribution in environments with conversion windows spanning weeks or months
  • Experience building attribution or measurement infrastructure from the ground up
  • Bonus for shipping offline conversion pipelines, server-side conversion APIs, or LTV-based bidding signals
  • Experience building repeatable testing systems that connect experiments to budget and roadmap decisions
  • Strong quantitative fluency
  • SQL
  • Tableau (or equivalent BI)
  • Advanced spreadsheets
  • Experience leading and developing a senior growth team
  • Executive communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale Zicasso’s traveler acquisition engine.
  • Lead Zicasso’s growth marketing function, including PPC, SEO, analytics, and content/landing page development.
  • Own paid acquisition strategy, marketing measurement, and funnel optimization across a multi-million-dollar media budget.
  • Partner with data science, product, and operations teams to translate modeling into budget, pipeline, and revenue decisions.
  • Own the top-down quantitative view of all paid media, using Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and incrementality testing.
  • Design an attribution approach combining MMM, lift studies, geo-holdouts, and platform-level tests.
  • Partner with Data Science to translate business goals into data requirements and actionable models.
  • Own Google strategy for intent segmentation, Performance Max / Search / manual tradeoff, and feeding LTV/offline conversion signals into Smart Bidding.
  • Orchestrate full-funnel strategy across Google, Meta, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Develop retargeting and lead-nurture strategies and lead landing-page and lead-flow CRO.
  • Build a structured experimentation pipeline where every test is logged, measured, and tied to investment decisions.
  • Lead a growth team of 4-6, setting analytical guardrails for day-to-day platform decisions.
  • Define success as hitting performance targets and elevating specialists into strategic operators.
  • Partner with Creative, Content, Brand, Product, Data, and Operations to improve performance.
