Requirements
- 8+ years in product management, growth marketing, growth strategy, or growth analytics
- 2+ years in a leadership role managing high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of growth marketing and PLG best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- SQL required
- Experience with Hex, Tableau, Amplitude, BigQuery, or similar platforms preferred
- Experience in enterprise software or SaaS
- Strong ownership mindset
Responsibilities
- Drive growth strategy and optimization across the full funnel—from acquisition through high-value conversion
- Lead and scale a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of high-velocity experimentation and continuous learning
- Optimize digital marketing and channel performance, including traditional and emerging discovery channels like AEO
- Build measurement frameworks and experimentation rigor, establishing metrics and analytical frameworks
- Strengthen product-led sales motion and GTM alignment, designing and optimizing the handoff from product-led users to sales-assisted conversion
- Evolve PLG for AI and agentic workflows, partnering with Product and Engineering to integrate AI-driven evaluation/personalization
