Requirements

  • 8+ years in product management, growth marketing, growth strategy, or growth analytics
  • 2+ years in a leadership role managing high-performing teams
  • Deep understanding of growth marketing and PLG best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • SQL required
  • Experience with Hex, Tableau, Amplitude, BigQuery, or similar platforms preferred
  • Experience in enterprise software or SaaS
  • Strong ownership mindset

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth strategy and optimization across the full funnel—from acquisition through high-value conversion
  • Lead and scale a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of high-velocity experimentation and continuous learning
  • Optimize digital marketing and channel performance, including traditional and emerging discovery channels like AEO
  • Build measurement frameworks and experimentation rigor, establishing metrics and analytical frameworks
  • Strengthen product-led sales motion and GTM alignment, designing and optimizing the handoff from product-led users to sales-assisted conversion
  • Evolve PLG for AI and agentic workflows, partnering with Product and Engineering to integrate AI-driven evaluation/personalization
