Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Management, or Growth Operations
- Experience within a SaaS environment
- Comfortable in SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker)
- Ability to tell a story with numbers
- Understand how APIs, webhooks, and tracking pixels work
- Speak the language of "Product" and "Engineering"
- Comfortable failing fast and running small tests
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Define and build the PLG framework
- Track North Star metrics, identify "Aha!" moments, and establish an experimentation culture
- Work closely with Product to optimize onboarding flow and reduce Time-to-Value (TTV)
- Build in-app triggers that drive virality and expansion
- Partner with Marketing to build automated, behavior-based messaging
- Collaborate with RevOps to ensure tech stack captures data for sales-assist motions (PQLs)
- Run continuous A/B tests on pricing pages, sign-up flows, and gated content
