Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
  • Strong understanding of pipeline generation, demand generation, SDR workflows, and account-based marketing/sales motions
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and GTM data flows (leads, accounts, opportunities, campaigns, routing)
  • Experience designing systems that depend on strong data foundations, including enrichment, hierarchy, normalization, and routing logic
  • Proven ability to identify and implement AI-driven product opportunities with measurable business impact
  • Strong analytical and experimentation skills, using data to prioritize and validate product decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence across technical and business teams
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams to define requirements, tradeoffs, and implementation paths
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex systems and AI concepts for diverse audiences
  • Experience with tools such as Marketo, ABX platforms, or AI-driven GTM automation systems (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for pipeline generation systems, with a strong focus on leveraging AI to improve GTM effectiveness and drive measurable business outcomes across Marketing and Sales operations
  • Define and execute a product strategy focused on AI-driven pipeline generation, improving lead quality, routing, prioritization, attribution, and personalization
  • Identify and evaluate AI use cases in partnership with Marketing, Sales, SDR, and Revenue Operations teams, translating them into scalable product initiatives
  • Own account prioritization and orchestration capabilities, enabling AI-powered account scoring and seller-facing insights to improve conversion outcomes
  • Lead product strategy for lead-to-account matching, routing logic, and data quality frameworks that ensure reliable GTM execution
  • Partner with Marketing and RevOps to enhance attribution models, campaign intelligence, and performance measurement frameworks
  • Evaluate and implement internal and external tools supporting enrichment, orchestration, and AI-enabled GTM workflows
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment across technical and business stakeholders to drive execution in ambiguous, high-impact areas
  • Define success metrics, experimentation frameworks, and KPIs to measure pipeline quality, efficiency, and revenue impact
  • Ensure responsible and scalable adoption of AI within GTM systems, balancing innovation with governance and operational readiness
