Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a hybrid
- Experience managing end-to-end software implementation or onboarding projects in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
- Strong ability to conduct discovery sessions, define requirements, and produce clear functional and technical documentation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both executive stakeholders and technical teams effectively
- Solid understanding of system integrations, including EDI, APIs, and data exchange concepts
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, GuideCX, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Certifications such as PMP or CBAP are a plus
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate adaptability, and maintain strong customer relationships across complex engagements
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer implementation projects, including new client onboarding, system upgrades, integrations, and feature deployments, ensuring delivery from initiation through go-live
- Conduct discovery sessions, gather and document business and functional requirements, and translate customer needs into actionable technical specifications
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reporting using project management tools, while facilitating stakeholder meetings and executive updates
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, support, and sales teams to ensure alignment, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum
- Oversee integration requirements such as EDI/API mappings, data flows, and third-party system connectivity, ensuring accuracy and feasibility
- Support testing and validation activities, including defining acceptance criteria and guiding user acceptance testing to ensure successful deployment outcomes
- Manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle, proactively communicating risks, progress, and solutions with professionalism and clarity
