Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Analyst or Project Manager
  • Proven experience supporting government IT contracts
  • Strong knowledge and experience with system network infrastructure projects
  • Hands-on experience with SAFe/Agile frameworks and practices
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (existing clearance is a plus)
  • PMP, SAFe, or Agile certification is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project coordination between the contractor team and the government Project Manager
  • Oversee, track, and report on project deliverables and work products to ensure compliance with contract requirements and timelines
  • Coordinate with external technical leads and stakeholders to align project objectives and technical solutions
  • Support and implement SAFe/Agile methodologies, including planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as necessary
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status reports to both internal and government stakeholders
  • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project
