Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics
- Experience working within the US CPG ecosystem
- Familiarity with distributors such as UNFI or KeHE
- Strong systems mindset
- Experience with ERPs, CRMs, and spreadsheets
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflows
- High attention to detail with the ability to move quickly
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Strong problem-solving skills and bias toward action
Responsibilities
- Own the purchase order flow end-to-end across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce
- Ensure orders are processed, shipped, and delivered accurately and on time
- Manage documentation including invoices, BOLs, routing guides, and labels
- Proactively resolve fulfillment issues before they impact customers
- Support new item setup across retailers and distributors
- Maintain accurate pricing, product data, and sales materials
- Track deductions, trade spend, and promotional activity
- Ensure operational readiness for new accounts and product launches
- Coordinate production runs with co-packers and suppliers
- Manage inventory across warehouses and distributors (including UNFI and KeHE)
- Monitor stock levels to prevent out-of-stocks or excess inventory
- Track inbound and outbound shipments and resolve delays quickly
- Identify inefficiencies across workflows and implement improved systems
- Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks across reporting and operations
- Build processes that improve speed, accuracy, and visibility
- Replace manual work with scalable, automated solutions wherever possible
