  • 3–5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics
  • Experience working within the US CPG ecosystem
  • Familiarity with distributors such as UNFI or KeHE
  • Strong systems mindset
  • Experience with ERPs, CRMs, and spreadsheets
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflows
  • High attention to detail with the ability to move quickly
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Strong problem-solving skills and bias toward action

Responsibilities

  • Own the purchase order flow end-to-end across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce
  • Ensure orders are processed, shipped, and delivered accurately and on time
  • Manage documentation including invoices, BOLs, routing guides, and labels
  • Proactively resolve fulfillment issues before they impact customers
  • Support new item setup across retailers and distributors
  • Maintain accurate pricing, product data, and sales materials
  • Track deductions, trade spend, and promotional activity
  • Ensure operational readiness for new accounts and product launches
  • Coordinate production runs with co-packers and suppliers
  • Manage inventory across warehouses and distributors (including UNFI and KeHE)
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent out-of-stocks or excess inventory
  • Track inbound and outbound shipments and resolve delays quickly
  • Identify inefficiencies across workflows and implement improved systems
  • Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks across reporting and operations
  • Build processes that improve speed, accuracy, and visibility
  • Replace manual work with scalable, automated solutions wherever possible
