Requirements

  • Experience as a Recruiter / Senior Recruiter in a high-bar hiring environment
  • Ability to run several different searches at the same time
  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to find high-quality, non-obvious candidates
  • Experience building search and assessment processes with hiring managers, not just taking briefs
  • A data-driven mindset and the ability to treat recruiting as a system
  • Experience using data to calibrate process quality and willingness to test new sourcing methods
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to sell opportunities, not just describe vacancies
  • High ownership, independence, and focus on results

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple hiring streams at once across business, software, and hardware
  • Own 3–4 streams in parallel without losing speed or quality
  • Design search and assessment processes together with hiring managers
  • Build a deep understanding of each role, candidate profile, and hiring bar
  • Source strong candidates proactively and build a healthy, consistent pipeline
  • Test different sourcing channels and outreach approaches instead of relying on one playbook
  • Use data to improve the hiring process: conversions, speed, pipeline quality, and stage efficiency
  • Give clear market feedback to the business: what works, what doesn’t, and where expectations, process, or role scope need adjustment
  • Communicate with candidates clearly and convincingly, and sell the role, team, and opportunity well
  • Drive searches to real outcomes: strong shortlists, quality hires, and predictable closes
