Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM and sales leadership roles
  • Partner with hiring managers and executives to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage passive talent
  • Manage multiple executive-level searches simultaneously
  • Lead candidate vetting, interview coordination, and offer negotiations
  • Provide market insights to influence hiring strategies
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple business units
