  • Data-driven mindset, using metrics and insights to refine recruitment strategies
  • Highly motivated and able to handle multiple high-priority searches in fast-moving environments
  • Strong partnerships with Engineering, Product, and Technical Leadership
  • Dedication to diversity, inclusion, and delivering a seamless candidate experience
