Job Details

Professional experience in accounting, financial (management) reporting, planning, and control for an e-commerce company
Awareness of financial workflow improvement and business priorities determination through systematic, automated approach
At least 2 years of experience managing books in QuickBooks or Xero (or similar)
Proven experience managing finances for an e-commerce company (preferably operating in USA or Europe)
Strong expertise in the field of management accounting
Experience in building management accounting and adjustments for changing conditions
Experience in setting up accounting standards within the company
Advanced Excel (Google Sheet) skills
Knowledge of USA tax law, US sales tax system (plus)
Experience of working in a company selling on Amazon (plus)
Bookkeeping experience in the USA/Europe (plus)

Organize and control accounting in a group of companies to obtain complete and reliable financial information
Perform general bookkeeping for companies' entities (USA, Europe)
Control management accounting and prepare consolidated reports for all entities on a recurring basis (P&L, CF, project marginality, Balance)
Review financial reports and advise corrective action accordingly
Collect and analyze data to prepare financial forecasts and suggest strategies to address challenges and leverage strengths
Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets to optimize profitability and transparency
Assist and support upper-level management to ensure sound financial decision-making
Control and optimize operational processes of the financial team
Oversee bill payment/accounts payable and expense reporting
Look for ways to cut costs without impairing long-term financial health
Automate department workflows and optimize existing financial processes
