Requirements
- Experience as a senior growth marketer or expansion lead scaling D2C e-commerce brands
- Strong understanding of German consumer behaviour and market dynamics
- Deep expertise in performance marketing and conversion optimisation
- Experience owning revenue targets, CAC, and market-level performance
- Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Well-connected within the German marketing, agency, or creator ecosystem
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Germany growth strategy
- Identify the highest-impact channels, campaigns, and partnerships
- Position Moovv effectively for the German consumer
- Localise the Shopify webshop experience to maximise conversion
- Ensure messaging, content, and tone resonate with the local market
- Continuously optimise the customer journey and funnel performance
- Scale channels including Meta, Google, and marketplaces
- Own the German market P&L and performance targets
- Identify and manage local freelancers, agencies, and partners
- Track and report on core KPIs (traffic, revenue, conversion rate, CAC, LTV, ROAS)
