Requirements
- Basic knowledge of AWS Cloud
- Interest or experience in AI agents, conversational flows, and LLM‑based systems from a QA perspective
- Willingness to learn and implement automation
- Strong experience in manual testing (functional, regression, integration)
- Solid experience in test case design, execution, and bug reporting
- Experience participating in bug triage and prioritization
- Experience with TestRail or similar test management tools
- Experience with API testing
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes and QA methodologies
- Strong communication skills with developers, Product Managers, and QA peers
- High level of ownership, accountability, and autonomy
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues early
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and question requirements
- Full transparency in reporting status, blockers, and progress
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team
- Technical, analytical, results‑driven, and comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities
- Own tickets end-to-end: from analysis to final validation
- Perform static and dynamic testing across environments
- Execute: Functional testing, Regression testing, Integration testing and Smoke/Sanity testing (especially in production)
- Ensure user stories are fully validated before completion
- Create and maintain test cases and test plans using TestRail
- Apply test design techniques such as equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, decision tables, and state transition testing
- Combine structured test execution with exploratory testing to identify edge cases, risks, and unexpected behaviours
- Create clear, structured, and actionable bug reports with defined severity, priority, and category
- Provide complete evidence for defects, including screenshots, recordings, logs, and data samples
- Ensure all bugs are reproducible, well‑documented, and easy for developers to troubleshoot
- Participate in bug triage and prioritization sessions
- Collaborate closely with developers to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and improve product quality
- Maintain transparent communication and provide accurate updates on progress, blockers, and risks
- Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Perform API testing using Postman and Swagger
- Validate data using SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring consistency across UI, API responses, and database records
- Test complex platform workflows, including dashboards, campaigns, agents, and integrations
- Validate end‑to‑end flows across multiple components
- Participate in post‑mortem analyses to identify root causes, testing gaps, and process improvements
- Recommend enhancements to QA processes, testing strategies, and SDLC practices
