Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related role
  • Experience supporting sales onboarding and enablement programs using various delivery methods (virtual, in-person, on-demand)
  • Familiarity with common sales processes and roles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with some ambiguity
  • Passion for sales, learning, and enabling others to succeed
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep knowledge of Dragos solutions and assist in creating sales enablement content, curriculum, and tools
  • Support the design and delivery of the 30/60/90-day onboarding plan for new hires, including in-person training, e-learning, peer mentorship, and assessments
  • Coordinate post-onboarding reinforcement programs to ensure retention and application of training concepts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional SMEs to gather materials, update content, and ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Maintain, organize, and archive training content, ensuring resources remain current and accessible
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Sales Operations to track sales effectiveness metrics and provide insights for improvement
  • Assist with other enablement projects and initiatives as needed
