Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and lead generation to acquire new customers and grow accounts in the East region within the US through business and government sales
  • Achieve exceptional conversion on leads coming from marketing and SDR lead-gen efforts
  • Focus on existing accounts and expand them with a focus on recurring revenue streams
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers
  • Achievement of key metrics of input activities, conversion, and revenue consistently
  • Work very closely with stakeholders from teams such as customer success, marketing, and product to achieve results
  • Leverage sales tools available to drive efficiency
  • Strong adherence to the sales process and CRM usage
