Job Details

Strong knowledge of SQL
Basic knowledge of BI tools (Looker, Tableau etc.)
Basic knowledge of GitHub
Willingness to learn and explore our data stack (Snowflake, Looker, dbt)
Interest in data modeling
Interest in data warehousing principles
Interest in building reliable queries
Curiosity and problem-solving mindset
Comfortable collaborating with many different teams
Able to understand team needs and communicate technical concepts in a simple way
Open to feedback and eager to learn from experienced analysts, engineers, and product teams
Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR)

Answer strategic business questions around churn, upsell, and feature adoption
Contribute to impactful cross-functional projects including the development of an AI-powered initiative
Support the onboarding of teams onto a new BI tool, helping shape the future of self-service analytics
Discover 360Learning, its platform, teams, and culture
Get familiar with our data stack (Snowflake, Looker, dbt, etc.) and our ways of working
Understand our self-service strategy and current challenges around data requests
Collaborate with our Senior Data Analyst to improve documentation, data models, and best practices
Accompany teams in becoming more autonomous on Looker
Design an AI-powered initiative enabling teams to build and run their own Snowflake queries autonomously
Support the onboarding of people onto our new BI tool as part of the transition away from Amplitude
Scale and iterate on the AI/self-service initiative based on team feedback and adoption
Be a go-to person for business questions to unblock teams to drive upsells or prevent churn
