- Basic knowledge of GitHub
- Willingness to learn and explore our data stack (Snowflake, Looker, dbt)
- Interest in data modeling
- Interest in data warehousing principles
- Interest in building reliable queries
- Curiosity and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable collaborating with many different teams
- Able to understand team needs and communicate technical concepts in a simple way
- Open to feedback and eager to learn from experienced analysts, engineers, and product teams

Responsibilities
- Answer strategic business questions around churn, upsell, and feature adoption
- Contribute to impactful cross-functional projects including the development of an AI-powered initiative
- Support the onboarding of teams onto a new BI tool, helping shape the future of self-service analytics
- Discover 360Learning, its platform, teams, and culture
- Get familiar with our data stack (Snowflake, Looker, dbt, etc.) and our ways of working
- Understand our self-service strategy and current challenges around data requests
- Collaborate with our Senior Data Analyst to improve documentation, data models, and best practices
- Accompany teams in becoming more autonomous on Looker
- Design an AI-powered initiative enabling teams to build and run their own Snowflake queries autonomously
- Support the onboarding of people onto our new BI tool as part of the transition away from Amplitude
- Scale and iterate on the AI/self-service initiative based on team feedback and adoption
- Be a go-to person for business questions to unblock teams to drive upsells or prevent churn
