Job Details

Strong knowledge of SQL
Basic knowledge of BI tools (Looker, Tableau etc.)
Basic knowledge of GitHub
Willingness to learn and explore our data stack (Snowflake, Looker, dbt)
Interest in data modeling
Interest in data warehousing principles
Interest in building reliable queries
Curiosity and problem-solving mindset: able to break down ambiguous questions into clear, actionable steps
Comfortable collaborating with many different teams, understanding their needs, and communicating technical concepts in a simple way
Open to feedback and eager to learn from experienced analysts, engineers, and product teams
Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR)

Answer strategic business questions around churn, upsell, and feature adoption
Contribute to impactful cross-functional projects
Develop an AI-powered initiative that allows teams to build and run their own SQL queries autonomously
Support the onboarding of teams onto a new BI tool
Improve documentation, data models, and best practices to strengthen self-service adoption
Accompany teams in becoming more autonomous on Looker
Design an AI-powered initiative enabling teams to build and run their own Snowflake queries autonomously
Scale and iterate on the AI/self-service initiative based on team feedback and adoption
Be a go-to person for business questions to unblock teams to drive upsells or prevent churn
