- Basic knowledge of BI tools (Looker, Tableau etc.)
- Basic knowledge of GitHub
- Willingness to learn and explore our data stack (Snowflake, Looker, dbt)
- Interest in data modeling
- Interest in data warehousing principles
- Interest in building reliable queries
- Curiosity and problem-solving mindset: able to break down ambiguous questions into clear, actionable steps
- Comfortable collaborating with many different teams, understanding their needs, and communicating technical concepts in a simple way
- Open to feedback and eager to learn from experienced analysts, engineers, and product teams

Responsibilities
- Answer strategic business questions around churn, upsell, and feature adoption
- Contribute to impactful cross-functional projects
- Develop an AI-powered initiative that allows teams to build and run their own SQL queries autonomously
- Support the onboarding of teams onto a new BI tool
- Improve documentation, data models, and best practices to strengthen self-service adoption
- Accompany teams in becoming more autonomous on Looker
- Design an AI-powered initiative enabling teams to build and run their own Snowflake queries autonomously
- Scale and iterate on the AI/self-service initiative based on team feedback and adoption
- Be a go-to person for business questions to unblock teams to drive upsells or prevent churn
