Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 5–8 engineers focused on platform and backend systems.
- Own systems that power key domains like transactions, catalogs, entitlements, and integrations.
- Partner with Product on complex domain modeling and system design.
- Drive architectural decisions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Improve API design, system boundaries, and service ownership.
- Coach engineers on navigating technical ambiguity and trade-offs.
- Ensure operational excellence for critical platform services.
