Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 5–8 engineers, supporting growth, performance, and career development.
- Partner closely with Product and Design on discovery, prioritization, and delivery.
- Drive execution of customer-facing features with a focus on speed and impact.
- Help your team navigate trade-offs between velocity, quality, and technical investment.
- Foster a strong engineering culture grounded in ownership, accountability, and collaboration.
- Contribute to hiring and building a high-performing, diverse team.
- Support operational excellence, including incident response and reliability.
