- Pull insights out of the numbers
- Turn insights into a clear list of things to do next
- Working Salesforce user comfortable navigating records, building reports, and keeping data clean
- Self-starter with clear written communication
- Genuine curiosity
- Ownership that makes ambiguous work feel interesting
Responsibilities
- Ensure nothing quietly slips through the cracks across a portfolio of 250+ solar programs
- Catch report discrepancies and missed maintenance windows
- Clean up Salesforce workflows
- Own recurring reporting in Excel
- Partner on automation work in Salesforce and Claude
- Help manage the operations and maintenance relationships with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firms and property managers
