Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in People Operations, Talent Acquisition, or Management Consulting.
- Generalist mindset, comfortable jumping between strategy and execution tasks.
- Familiarity with the pace of a SaaS or Fintech startup.
- Exceptional bilingual skills (Spanish and English).
- Expert-level command of modern HRIS, ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lattice, Deel), and productivity tools (Notion, Slack).
- Execution-focused: builds, tests, and scales ideas.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage all people-related processes, including payroll oversight, benefits administration, and compliance across different jurisdictions, ensuring a seamless experience for a fully remote team.
- Lead the full recruitment cycle with a focus on revenue-driving roles (Sales, Product, Customer Success).
- Own the performance management system, ensuring OKRs align individual output with 5x growth targets.
- Develop initiatives that foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and radical transparency in a remote-first environment.
- Design a world-class onboarding journey that integrates new hires into our high-performance operating system from day one.
- Identify skill gaps and implement lean development programs (mentorship, peer-to-peer learning).
- Track and report on key metrics (eNPS, retention, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure all people practices are compliant with local regulations in the markets where we operate, managing contracts and administrative documentation with precision.
