Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales compensation, commissions administration, or related FP&A/revenue operations roles.
- Proven ownership of end-to-end commission processes, including plan design support, quota loading, and payout reconciliation.
- Strong experience with commissions platforms such as CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Spiff, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for sales data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to design and scale compensation processes in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations stakeholders.
- Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and automation to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage sensitive compensation-related inquiries and escalations.
Responsibilities
- Own and administer the end-to-end commissions platform, including configuration, plan setup, participant management, and ongoing system maintenance.
- Lead monthly and periodic commission calculation cycles, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payouts for all eligible employees.
- Administer sales incentive compensation plans in collaboration with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, and FP&A, including quotas, accelerators, SPIFs, and performance tracking.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support visibility into compensation performance and outcomes.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for commission-related questions, discrepancies, and resolution across the revenue organization.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data issues, payout inconsistencies, and calculation errors while recommending process improvements.
- Ensure audit readiness, documentation accuracy, and compliance across all compensation processes and systems.
- Leverage AI tools and automation capabilities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and speed of commission administration workflows.
