Requirements
- UA experience up to 1 year in any traffic source
- No experience required if student-graduate from KSE business/economics, KPI (IPSA/FIOT), KNU (Physics, Radio Physics, Mechanics & Mathematics, Economics), Genesis IT School / Marketing School or similar programs
- Experience with Google Sheets
- Experience creating automations with n8n/make or Claude-code agent
- English B1-B2
- Good mathematical background
- Basic understanding of marketing metrics
- Readiness and desire to learn quickly
- Ability to correctly interpret results in business contexts
- Actively propose new approaches and tests
- Continuously seek new methods to achieve goals
- Ambitiousness
Responsibilities
- Improve ROMI and business traffic volumes through all available UA methods (including automation and AI processes)
- Configure advertising accounts according to the latest best practices
- Monitor stable purchasing performance
- Proactively and autonomously track all market opportunities and utilize them to achieve ROMI and volume targets
- Participate in creative and funnel marketing processes
- Align UA approaches with business values and interests
