Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive experience including FP&A, Strategic Finance, and/or GTM finance
- Direct experience supporting Sales and Marketing organizations in a B2B SaaS and/or usage-based business
- Strong financial modeling skills (Excel and Google Sheets)
- Strong understanding of SaaS and sales metrics (ARR, pipeline, CAC, LTV, conversion, productivity, etc.)
- Experience building headcount and capacity models for growing teams
- Strong analytical toolkit
- SQL or experience working with large datasets is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Comfort operating in an evolving, fast-paced environment and building structure where it doesn’t yet exist
- Experience in high-growth startups, PLG businesses, and/or scaling sales organizations is a big plus
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted finance partner to Sales and Marketing leadership
- Lead annual and quarterly planning for Sales and Marketing, including revenue, metrics, headcount, expense budgets, and investment prioritization
- Build and maintain sales capacity and productivity models
- Partner with Marketing to evaluate channel and program investments
- Support pricing, deal evaluation, and other analyses that inform GTM strategy and investment decisions
- Improve and maintain ARR and revenue forecasting models
- Build clear reporting on pipeline health, conversion, sales productivity, and other key SaaS metrics
- Analyze GTM performance trends to identify key drivers and surface actionable insights
- Support company-wide budgeting, monthly reporting, and variance analysis
- Improve financial models, reporting frameworks, and planning tools as the business scales
