Job Details

Strong experience in data science, analytics, or quantitative roles with a focus on blockchain, crypto, or financial markets.
Deep familiarity with DeFi primitives such as AMMs, lending protocols, perpetuals, and stablecoin mechanisms.
Hands-on experience working with on-chain data tools or platforms (e.g., Dune, Flipside, Allium, or raw indexer/node data).
Advanced SQL skills.
Strong data visualization capabilities, with the ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Understanding of key DeFi metrics such as TVL, trading volume quality, LP economics, lending utilization, and mint/redeem flows.
Exposure to quantitative finance, trading, market making, or fintech analytics is highly preferred.
Experience building or maintaining analytics pipelines using tools such as dbt or similar frameworks is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively across product, engineering, and business teams.
High curiosity and genuine interest in decentralized finance, stablecoins, and blockchain-based financial systems.

Analyze complex on-chain behaviors across DeFi protocols and stablecoins, uncovering insights that shape product strategy, ecosystem growth, and protocol performance.
Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into DeFi activity, stablecoin flows, and ecosystem performance for internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
Analyze on-chain data across liquidity, trading volume, lending markets, user behavior, and stablecoin velocity to generate actionable insights.
Develop and refine measurement frameworks for protocol health, including wash trading detection, incentive distortion analysis, and adoption quality metrics.
Partner with product, engineering, and partnerships teams to evaluate protocol launches, integrations, and ecosystem expansion efforts.
Design and implement scalable data pipelines and analytics workflows to support high-volume blockchain data processing.
Contribute to the definition of industry standards for DeFi and stablecoin analytics across emerging blockchain ecosystems.
Support business development initiatives by measuring the impact of partnerships with DeFi protocols, stablecoin issuers, and liquidity providers.
