Requirements
- 1+ year of commercial experience working with Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and large datasets.
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
- English level of Upper-Intermediate+.
- Strong interest in performance marketing and data-driven decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools to improve productivity (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok etc.).
- Willingness to experiment, learn fast, and work in an uncertain, fast-changing environment.
- Curiosity and ability to research, explore, and dive into details.
- Strong communication skills, openness to feedback, and teamwork.

Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and analyze advertising campaigns on AppLovin, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
- Work with performance data to identify patterns, understand what drives results, and suggest ideas to improve efficiency and scale campaigns.
- Support day-to-day operations related to campaign and channel management.
- Explore the competitive landscape and help identify new growth opportunities for the product.
- Run A/B tests, analyze results, and gradually apply learnings to improve acquisition performance.
