- English Intermediate+: Strong written skills for high-stakes negotiations and deal-closing
- Ownership: Ability to drive the process from search to placement independently
- Experience with US/UK/CA markets (plus)
- Proven track record of scaling (successful cases of 40+ high-quality links per month) (plus)
Responsibilities
- Executing the roadmap for linkbuilding strategy in alignment with the product's SEO goals
- Performing full-cycle outreach: from identifying high-quality prospects and analyzing metrics to final placement (guest posting, link insertion, PR mentions)
- Working with vendors, platforms, and establishing direct communication with webmasters
- Preparing briefs for copywriters, managing anchor lists, and verifying every placed link
- Maintaining a plan-vs-actual log, controlling budgets, and proposing new acquisition channels
