Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing coordination
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn as a B2B marketing channel (content and/or outreach)
- Experience with cold email and outreach platforms
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach tools
- Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Strong written English with ability to draft professional, human-sounding copy
- Comfortable using AI tools as drafting assistants, with ability to review and refine output
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts for the RocketAMS business page and key personal profiles
- Research and maintain a content bank of post ideas drawn from client wins, internal data insights, and team knowledge
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns via HeyReach, including building target lists, writing sequences, monitoring replies, and coordinating with the sales team
- Execute cold email campaigns via Instantly, including writing and testing copy and managing campaign hygiene
- Source and prioritise target companies and contacts using available data tools
- Assist with the setup and management of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Coordinate the production of case studies, written testimonials, and B2B video content
- Support logistics and follow-up for networking events, trade shows, and industry partnerships
- Compile weekly marketing activity reports for the Brand Manager
- Track key metrics across all channels (outreach volume, response rates, lead quality, ad performance)
