Responsibilities
- Identify and source creators across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) aligned with brand positioning and target audience
- Research and evaluate creators based on engagement rate, audience quality, content style, and brand fit
- Build and maintain a pipeline of vetted creators ready for outreach
- Track sourcing efforts in Airtable or similar systems
- Execute daily outreach to creators via DM, email, and platforms
- Personalize outreach messaging to increase response and conversion rates
- Follow up consistently to maximize creator onboarding
- Negotiate basic deliverables, timelines, and usage rights when needed
- Maintain organized tracking of outreach status, responses, and onboarding progress
- Manage day-to-day communication with active creators
- Coordinate deliverables, deadlines, and content approvals
- Ensure creators understand briefs, hooks, and conversion-focused angles
- Collect, organize, and store content for internal use (ads, organic, whitelisting)
- Assist in briefing creators with clear direction based on winning angles
- Keep creator database updated and segmented (new, active, top performers)
- Support campaign launches and ongoing testing initiatives
