Responsibilities

Owning compliance with worldwide laws applicable to AI, e-commerce platforms
Prepare and maintain required compliance documentation, including internal documents under data protection, AI Governance, consumer rights laws
Maintain EverAI’s AI systems inventory (in line with EU guidance)
Conduct risk assessments under applicable safety laws
Perform product & feature reviews (e.g., for consumer rights, data protection compliance)
Own day-to-day compliance tasks, including standard IP issues (DMCA notices, copycats)
Manage contract reviews (NDAs, licenses)
Handle legal terms updates (including TOS, Privacy Notices, and content policies)
Track, research and analyze relevant legal developments
