  • Experience covering both technical and non-technical roles
  • Experience in fast-paced or corporate environments
  • Proven ability to hire across multiple functions and seniority levels in distributed or global organizations
  • Strong experience with recruitment analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Experience building and maintaining recruiting dashboards
  • Experience managing ATS or HR data systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Analytical mindset with a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving and process improvement
  • Exposure to digital marketing or technical recruiting environments (plus)

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment processes across technical and non-technical roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and priorities
  • Design, maintain, and optimize recruiting dashboards and reporting systems
  • Manage recruitment data infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity
  • Leverage data insights and HR analytics to identify trends and optimize recruitment strategies
  • Source, engage, and build relationships with passive candidates
  • Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and ensure smooth communication
  • Support screening and pre-qualification processes
  • Continuously improve recruitment workflows and processes
