- Experience covering both technical and non-technical roles
- Experience in fast-paced or corporate environments
- Proven ability to hire across multiple functions and seniority levels in distributed or global organizations
- Strong experience with recruitment analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Experience building and maintaining recruiting dashboards
- Experience managing ATS or HR data systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Analytical mindset with a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Exposure to digital marketing or technical recruiting environments (plus)
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment processes across technical and non-technical roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and priorities
- Design, maintain, and optimize recruiting dashboards and reporting systems
- Manage recruitment data infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity
- Leverage data insights and HR analytics to identify trends and optimize recruitment strategies
- Source, engage, and build relationships with passive candidates
- Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and ensure smooth communication
- Support screening and pre-qualification processes
- Continuously improve recruitment workflows and processes
