Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership role managing an enterprise sales team
  • Consistent track record of exceeding team revenue targets in a metrics-driven environment
  • Experience building or scaling a sales team from the ground up
  • Hiring, onboarding, and coaching AEs through their first deals experience
  • Strong deal execution skills
  • Command of value-based sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar)
  • Ability to operate as a player-coach
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives in the US market
  • Own and drive team revenue targets, pipeline health, and forecasting cadence
  • Recruit and retain top sales talent
  • Define and iterate on the US Enterprise Sales motion, from prospecting strategy to deal execution and expansion
  • Partner with Sales Development, Marketing, and Solutions Architecture to generate and convert pipeline
  • Implement structured coaching rhythms, deal reviews, and pipeline management disciplines across your team
  • Represent Dash0 at industry events, customer meetings, and executive briefings as the face of US Enterprise Sales
