- Proven track record of scaling and leading multi-layered sales organizations
- Experience managing VPs overseeing teams of 6–7 sellers
- Strong relationships with agencies and client-direct partners
- Consistent history of exceeding revenue targets in high-growth environments
- Executive leadership and strategic thinking
- Strong forecasting, analytics, and operational discipline
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coach and develop leaders at multiple levels
- Results-driven with a focus on accountability and performance
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in CRM systems

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of VP-level sales leaders, scaling a high-performing, multi-layered organization
- Own and deliver against company-wide revenue targets, including strategy, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy
- Define and execute national and regional sales strategies to drive growth, market expansion, and new revenue opportunities
- Establish clear KPIs, performance expectations, and accountability across all levels of the sales organization
- Drive operational excellence across forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and sales processes
- Build and maintain executive-level client relationships while supporting strategic deals and market-facing initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Data, and Customer Success to align go-to-market strategy and drive full lifecycle growth
