Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience supporting RFP or proposal processes
  • Strong written communication and editing skills
  • Excellent project coordination skills
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and executive stakeholders
  • Familiarity with public sector procurement or grants management is a plus
  • Experience using proposal tools (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO) is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Manager, Strategic Campaigns and Proposals to coordinate and execute RFP responses, RFIs, and other strategic submissions
  • Help manage proposal timelines, task assignments, internal reviews, and submission deadlines
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity throughout each response—keeping everything on brand and on time
  • Perform FOIA / Open Records Requests
  • Develop strong win themes
  • Participate in color reviews
  • Manage multiple RFx pursuits at the same time
  • Maintain and update a centralized proposal content library, making it easier to build high-quality responses at scale
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to adapt proposal content into marketing assets such as case studies, web copy, campaign messaging, and thought leadership pieces
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, storytelling strategy, and demand generation goals
  • Track proposal progress and win/loss metrics to identify trends and surface areas for improvement
  • Collaborate on post-submission debriefs and share learnings to evolve future proposals
  • Help maintain internal documentation and best practices as we refine our proposal operations
  • Salesforce data entry to track RFXs and FOIA requests
