Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience supporting RFP or proposal processes
- Strong written communication and editing skills
- Excellent project coordination skills
- Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and executive stakeholders
- Familiarity with public sector procurement or grants management is a plus
- Experience using proposal tools (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO) is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Manager, Strategic Campaigns and Proposals to coordinate and execute RFP responses, RFIs, and other strategic submissions
- Help manage proposal timelines, task assignments, internal reviews, and submission deadlines
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity throughout each response—keeping everything on brand and on time
- Perform FOIA / Open Records Requests
- Develop strong win themes
- Participate in color reviews
- Manage multiple RFx pursuits at the same time
- Maintain and update a centralized proposal content library, making it easier to build high-quality responses at scale
- Collaborate with the marketing team to adapt proposal content into marketing assets such as case studies, web copy, campaign messaging, and thought leadership pieces
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, storytelling strategy, and demand generation goals
- Track proposal progress and win/loss metrics to identify trends and surface areas for improvement
- Collaborate on post-submission debriefs and share learnings to evolve future proposals
- Help maintain internal documentation and best practices as we refine our proposal operations
- Salesforce data entry to track RFXs and FOIA requests
