Requirements

  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce (or adjacent experience with Marketo or Pardot).
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and attribution.
  • Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives across a global organization.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
  • HubSpot certification is highly preferred.
  • Prior start-up experience is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

  • Elevate Audience Intelligence & Market Reach: Lead high-level segmentation strategies and audience mapping to ensure hyper-personalized messaging while maintaining global brand standards and communication integrity.
  • Strategic Collaboration & Influence: Act as a key consultant to Digital Marketing, Sales, and Operations, aligning creative capabilities with aggressive business growth objectives.
  • Optimization & Experimentation: Set the standard for A/B testing frameworks and dynamic content strategies to continuously evolve our messaging and conversion metrics.
