Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a proven track record managing engaging and effective integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results
  • Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, a robust CRM or marketing automation software such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketing Cloud
  • Content creation and publications experience (digital, video and/or print)
  • Proficiency with Google marketing products including AdWords, Analytics and Search Console
  • Strong project management skills: attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, time management skills and consistent follow-through
  • Experience collaborating across teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Self-directing and agile, with the ability to quickly pivot strategies
  • Team player with superb communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in marketing, communications, digital marketing, advertising or related field

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing and communications activities for ZERO TO THREE’s products, services, trainings, membership and events
  • Lead omnichannel content creation including technical and creative writing for email, web, print, and digital ads
  • Create and execute dynamic, data-driven, segmented email campaigns including drip marketing, membership retention/reactivation, event recruitment, lifecycle emails, and welcome series
  • Plan and implement website content marketing strategy, including creation of product landing pages, lead generation forms and conversion opportunities
  • Responsible for day-to-day content updates and website maintenance and performance, with a focus on optimizing SEO/SEM and user experience
  • Develop paid digital advertising and retargeting campaigns, including ad creative/copy, audience groups, and customized landing pages
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and communications team to coordinate design and implementation of digital marketing campaigns
  • Serve as primary point of contact for related vendors and agencies as needed
  • Proactively stay abreast of trends to inform future growth strategies and opportunities
  • Travel 2-3 times per year for events, retreats and in-person meetings
