Requirements

  • 2–4 years of event marketing experience in B2B tech or SaaS
  • Owned events end to end before
  • Comfortable managing a budget and making calls on where to invest
  • Strong collaborator who knows how to work alongside Sales
  • Detail-oriented and very well organised
  • Willing to travel to key events throughout the year in both USA and across EMEA

Responsibilities

  • Own the enterprise events calendar end to end, from selection and logistics to on-site execution and post-event follow-up
  • Manage the events budget directly, making smart tradeoffs across owned activations, sponsorships, and field presence
  • Partner with Sales, Partner and SDRs to align event strategy with pipeline priorities and target accounts
  • Work with Demand Gen to build pre- and post-event programs that turn attendance into qualified pipeline
  • Track and report on event performance, including brand impact, leads generated, and pipeline attribution
  • Represent n8n at key industry conferences and build relationships with event organizers and partners
