Requirements

Associate's degree in a related field OR equivalent (State Agency Liaison)
2 years of demonstrated experience in state agencies (State Agency Liaison)
Experience in purchasing/procurement, contract management, state agency operations, or public administration (State Agency Liaison)
Experience in sales, business development, or strategic account management focused on public sector clients (State Agency Liaison)
Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent (Senior State Agency Liaison & Principal State Agency Liaison)
4 years of demonstrated experience in state agencies (Senior State Agency Liaison)
6 years of demonstrated experience in state agencies (Principal State Agency Liaison)

Responsibilities

Maintain relationships with agencies
Develop and implement an agency contact plan to communicate and engage with potential agencies
Act as first point of contact for client queries and complaints
Identify solutions that best meet agencies' goals and needs
Set clear objectives for each agency and deliver presentations
Assist with the development of communications and build strong external relationships
Identify potential accounts through referrals and participation at events
Enter client information into the CRM system
Identify instances of noncompliance with policies and procedures
Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development activities and training
